《行走•渴望》项目是由中华慈善总会与世界轮椅基金会于2003年共同发起的一个公益项目，其宗旨是通过动员全社会的力量来为每一位生活艰苦的残疾人送去一辆轮椅，以满足他们行走的渴望，给他们带去希望、自由和自尊。到目前为止，我们在全国共发放了近两万辆轮椅。我会通过我们自己以及我们的团体会员募集资金，我们每募集到一辆轮椅的资金，世界轮椅基金会就会再为我们送一辆轮椅。轮椅的质量都非常好，与我们合作的轮椅厂家都已经取得了国内以及国际轮椅质量认证。
Operation•Mobility is a charitable project launched together by China Charity Federation and The World Wheelchair Foundation in 2003. Its aim is to mobilize all the resources in the society and deliver wheelchairs to those handicapped people who cannot afford to buy one. So far, we have distributed about 20,000 wheelchairs throughout China. Each of the wheelchairs costs 415 RMB. For every wheelchair China Charity Federation and its affiliates raises funds to buy, the World Wheelchair Foundation will match one wheelchair free of charge. The quality of the wheelchairs is very good. Our designated wheelchair manufacturers all have received both domestic and international quality certificates.
